Thank you for your interest in Used Books – New Lives, to help orphan girls at Home of Hope orphanage in Kochi, India earn money for their college education through the sale of your used books on the Internet.

The process is simple.
1) List books you are willing to donate for sale.
2) Home of Hope girls research salability and list books on Amazon.com
3) You will receive a confirmation of what books are actually listed.
4) When the book sells through an Internet listing, you will be provided a shipping label and mailing instructions.
5) The amount of that sale goes into Home of Hope scholarship fund and you receive a tax-deducible statement from Home of Hope India – U.S, a 501(c) (3) tax-exempt charity.
Some hints on the most salable books: Books that are still on the best-seller list, 1st editions, text books that are still in use, inspirational, self-help, and out of print or classic books that are difficult to find are just some books that do well in the used book market. (Least salable books are last year’s best sellers, paperback novels and mysteries.) But don’t let this list limit you. Please list as many books as you are able and the girls at Home of Hope will research their resale value and list them for sale.
